Can't copy file from root IFS to QDLS

Hi,

I'm having issues with the HSSF POI.  I can save the file to the root IFS, 
but then I can't email it because SNDDST uses QDLS.  The problem is that I 
can't move or copy the file because then I get the error: "Operation not 
allowed in a job running multiple threads. ".  I've tried using the MOV 
and CPY commands as well as STRQSH (mv).  The weird thing is that QSH 
works when I run the job interactively, it still has the error but it 
works, and if I run the pgm in batch the QSH bombs.

I guess I need to know if there is any way to move the file from within my 
pgm, or do I need to go outside of it by calling a cl?  Or is there a 
quick and easy replacement to SNDDST?
