What if there 1/36th remaining? (If there is 36 to

Why not just CARTONS = %INTH( (QTY / CASESPER));?

HI,
I have to calculate number of cartons based on
Qty and case pack per
model.

So it is a simple divide.

Just suppose there is some occurance where it
would not be a whole
number.

So I would like to round up in that case, and
give me another carton.
What
is the technique for this in RPG ILE?

THanks,
Steve

The round-up technique is the same everywhere:

CARTONS = %INT( (QTY / CASESPER) + 0.9);
