Is there a way for procedure to allocate memory for entry parm field
that is not being pass in by the caller?
example: d testPrc pr d piParm1 10a options(*nopass) const 

Something like this?
c                   if        %parms > 0
c                   eval      PORT = piParm
c                   else
c                   eval      PORT = 80
c                   endif
