Is there a way to test for two conditions in the /if defined()
statement?

Something like below:
/If defined(Copy_proc_prototype) or defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)

Not on a single statement. Here's one way to handle it that doesn't
require duplicating all the conditioned code.

 /undefine temp
 /If defined(Copy_proc_prototype)
 /define temp
 /ElseIf defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)
 /define temp
 /EndIf

 // temp = defined(Copy_proc_prototype) OR
defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)
 /if defined(temp)
 whatever
 /endif
