The Fourth edition of Bob's book, if not out yet, is due soon.  Merrikay

Lee, the publisher told me that, among other things, it would include 
the latest BIFs and, if I recall correctly, /free format stuff.  The 
last time I checked it was still not on the list at MCPress, but should 
be there soon.
