 * CAT concatenates LAST to NAME and inserts one blank as specified
 * in factor 2.  TEMP contains 'Mr. Smith'.
C                   MOVE      'Mr.   '      NAME              6
C                   MOVE      'Smith '      LAST              6
C     NAME          CAT       LAST:1        TEMP              9

So therefore
 * fullname contains 'Mr. Jones'.
C                   MOVEL(P)  'Mr.'         CHAR50           50
C                   MOVEL(P)  'Jones'       CHAR10           10
C     CHAR50        CAT       CHAR10:1      FULLNAME         61
