QUSRSPLA

I'm using QUSLSPL to list spool files. I want to find the page width of
individual spool files. Unless I'm missing something it doesn't look
like this information is provided with QUSLSPL, so I plan on using
QUSRSPLA. Can someone help explain the difference between the qualified
job information parameter and the internal job information parameter of
QUSRSPLA? 
Is the only way to get the internal job information from QUSLSPL is by
using format SPLF0200 and defining the correct key fields to return?.
