Alan;

With a single page (SFLPAG = SFLSIZ) I either
1) Check if there are options on a pageup, pagedown, or position to field
change, process the option and then perform the action, pageup...
2) Track the options in an array which contains the data's keys and option
value. This requires checking the array when loading the sfl page to see if
any options need to be re-displayed. When the user hits enter I throw up a
windowed sfl, with all of the selections to ensure the user wants them
processed. Similar to the way PDM works except that all optioned records
appear and the user is able to clear the option of individual records or
F5=Refresh to clear them all. When they hit enter from the window I process
the non blank options.

Alan,

the users are aware of this behaviour, although I must add that they
sometimes forget it, and complain that their options are gone...

But that's why they're users and we're developers, I guess ;-)

I've NEVER had that problem. You have to code for it using temporary files
or, as I've just found out, keyed dataqueues. When I get a chance, I'm
going to look into this.
