The error means that it can't find the file. Maybe it's not in your library list? Maybe you spelled the name differently on the F-spec from what you named the actual file?
In any case, the problem is that it can't find the file. It needs to do this at compile time so that it can load the external definitions from it.

But on compilation its showing
6 errors
*RNF2120 40 1 External description not found for file specified as
externally described; file ignored.
other 5 are dependent on this error(i feel so).
