 Module A defined DS_A Occur(15)
                     Field 1
                     Field 2

You can't use OCCUR here. Maybe you have OCCURS (with an S) in your actual code? I hope?

 Prototype:
 Module_B PR
 DS_A_p LikeDS(DS_A)
 .

 /Free
  Module_B (DS_A_p : ,, : ,, : ,,)

What is DS_A_p? I don't see where you're defining that field, Is it really the one you're passing?!

 defined DS_A Occur(15)
                     Field 1
                     Field 2

 Prototype:
 Module_B PR
 DS_A_p LikeDS(DS_A)

This won't work. DS_A_p is NOT a multiple occurrence data structure, it's just a regular data structure. Therefore it'll only be able to store one record.
