Ahh, I was looking at the V5R1 copy of the API, which ends with the byte for
"Datalink unlink control" (offset 447) and does not include the dspf
row/column information.

Sorry for the bum steer.  However, if you need it to work on pre-V5R2 you
must use QDFRTVFD instead.
