I don't know what the exact restrictions are on getting the address of CONST
parameters are, but I didn't specify CONST on mine.  In fact, I don't want
to specify CONST; I'm using the data structure as a single bidirectional
parameter block.  So "pDS = %addr(parm1)" works just ducky for me.
