Nope - it would be a problem if you used a real old version (prior to
V4R4?) - but you don't so that is not the problem.

The problem is that you can't use the address of a parm as an initialization
value since by definition the parm may have a different address on each
call.  You could however have coded:

pInput = %addr(JrnRcv);

AS the first line of the procedure logic.
