Is the basing pointer working for you?

I tried taking
     D PRGJRNRCV       PI                        *ENTRY PLIST
     D  JrnRcv                             const like(Input)
     D  DetachDays                    5i 0 const
     D Input           ds                  qualified
     D  Journal                      10a
     D  Library                      10a
      /UNDEFINE DSpec
      /free
       *inlr=*on;
       Input=JrnRcv;
to
     D PRGJRNRCV       PI                        *ENTRY PLIST
     D  JrnRcv                             const like(Input)
     D  DetachDays                    5i 0 const

     D pInput          s               *   inz(%addr(JrnRcv))
     D Input           ds                  qualified based(pInput)
     D  Journal                      10a
     D  Library                      10a

But I get RNF0341: Parameter JRNRCV for %ADDR is not valid; %ADDR is
ignored.

I'm thinking the difference in mine is because I am using the const on
JrnRcv. That seems to be what the error is flagging.
