I'm using QMHLJOBL to read job log and retrieve submitted job in a
service program. I'm trying to find a way to determine where the
CPC1221 is actually a sbmjob for local or remote system?

To test this, I submitted a remote job and the job log looks like this:
Following messages created on target system CONVERT.
MSGQ(*WRKSTN) not valid. MSGQ(*NONE) used.
Job 248680/COMUSER/TEST submitted to job queue COMJOBQ in library MCSYS.

I was going to use CPI9155 to determine that job 248680/COMUSER/TEST is
a remote submit. However, it seems like there could be other messages
that come between CPI1221 and CPI9155.
