RE: Problem w/ Window subfile not called

If the user only has to move the cursor to the required SFL record, use the 
SFLCSRRRN key word.

It will give you the SFL RRN on which the cursor is on (O is not on the SFL), 
chain that SFL record and return the required data back to the calling 
programme.
