I would suspect that it is not cumulative.  I also noticed that it is not 
currently on any cume.
I would suggest installing the latest cume and it.
However if you want to order all 5722WDS ptf's for V5R2 then go for it. 
I'd still suggest the cume and then search for 5722WDS ptf's that are not 
on a cume at
