Perhaps it does in your universe but not in this one. zero divided by any number is zero. Any number divided by zero is undefined. The dividend can be 0 but the divisor must be > 0
Perhaps RPG blows up on this, I've never tried it.
All languages I've used generate an error (or at least an undefined result) on division by zero. Code must either catch the exception or check for the possibility before doing the division. Try dividing by zero on your calculator and see what happens.
