Wouldn't it make more sense to reclaim the activation group that you're using, rather than specifying *ELIGIBLE?

For example, if you're loading everything into QILE, why not type
RCLACTGRP QILE?  Not only is it safer than *ELIGIBLE, it's less to type!

If you're using *CALLER and calling from the default activation group, then there's no way to reclaim it, signing off is the only option.
