But what good is that if it isn't detected until runtime?  Are you
suggesting that the compiler would flag a statement  "Eval Five = 100000"?
I just tried it, and the compiler doesn't flag anything.

I already know what will happen if I try to run it.  I just thought the
compiler would warn me.
