Just had a QAQQINI issue today.  New lpar.  Didn't work like program on 
old lpar.  Saved QAQQINI from QUSRSYS on old lpar and put on new lpar. 
(Don't confuse copy of QAQQINI in QSYS with one in QUSRSYS.)  Still didn't 
work.  Signed off and back on again.  Now using QUSRSYS/QAQQINI and works 
right.

May be tested with STRDBG UPDPROD(*YES) with no program name specified.
Query options retrieved file QAQQINI in library QUSRSYS.
