Yes. However, it's the client's money. If he insists on RPG/III, that's
what he gets. I wish there was enough work around to be able to pick and
choose my clients, but that's just not the case. Contract rates for iSeries
programmers are still substantially lower than they were about 4 years ago
and work that pays well enough to keep my kids at school is not that
plentiful.
