I think you need to find out how they are expecting the data first, as that
will determine whether or not you're going to need to convert it to
something else (i.e., a CSV file, another Code Page, etc..).

Then you have a lot of options of how to actually perform the FTP using
either a CL program with an FTP script, or an RPG program with same, or
perhaps Scott Klement's HTTP API, which is by far the best way to go, or
some other method.
