I remember this comming up when we converted a bunch of S36 source to S36EE
on a new beige AS/400 many years ago...  We had hoped we could use
externally defined files, only to find this was not allowed....  We gave up
trying to replicate the look-ahead functionality, and just left the files in
QS36F...
