You can't. The key press is a call level below your program.

Subject: How to track the key stroke of a screen displayed by executing
a CLcommand inside a RPGLE program

Hi All,

I am using STRSEU (with option '5') command inside my RPGLE code.

It is displaying the source properly.

Now there are 3 ways to exit the source,

1.      By pressing Enter
2.      By pressing F12
3.      By pressing F3

After executing this command in the program, I want to track which key
is pressed in the SEU (display) screen.

I am giving here the part of my code.

Monitor ;

Cmd = 'STRSEU SRCFILE('  +

       %Trim(Wk_Library) + '/' + %Trim(Wk_SrcPF) + ') ' +

      'SRCMBR(' + %Trim(Wk_Member) + ') ' +

      'OPTION(5)' ;

CmdLen = %Len(%Trim(Cmd)) ;

QCmdExc(Cmd : CmdLen) ;

On-Error ;                // Do nothing

EndMon ;

How Can I track the key stroke in my code after executing this command?

Thanks in Advance,

-Satheesh
