Carsten Flensburg had (probably still has) a working pgm that you can
download.  I once wrote a sfl pgm to display how a record was changed
for auditing using this api.  Carsten's help was invaluable.  This was
on V4R5 I think.  Only problem I had was with chaining the receivers.
Hopefully by now that's been fixed.
