wouldn't that be hard to maintenance and keep up with or am I missing something?
For example:
1) If you are on release 1 and has a program call xxx_v1 and this program is 
being called by several programs.
2) If on release 2, you change the program to xxx_v2.  Wouldn't you need to 
change all the caller programs to now call xxx_v2?

3) Same situation for service program.  You would need to update you bindir and 
recompile all the programs that uses the service program, which defeat the 
purpose of binding language.
