Thank you.  That was my problem.  I put the length on the prototype and
it compiled.

The compiler thinks the LikeDS definition is a continuation of the 
previous line therefore the prototype has 2 parameters and 1 return 
value. The procedure interface has 3 parameters and 1 return value 
hence the error.
