I've used Pathfinder in the past, and it did have a flowchart module.

That said, I must add that I didn't like it very much.  It was a rather 
old version of Pathfind though, so things may have changed since then.

Hi Chuck,

I have done this before and it was either with Turnover change management 
or Pathfinders Hawkeye. Unfortunately I don't have access to either 
anymore, maybe someone else on the list can clarify which one has this 
capability.
