External procedure and external program at the same time? -- RPG400-L

Hi!

I saw about a year ago an example of an external procedure (used with callp)
that can be used also as an external program (used with call) but I don't
remember how to create this kind of external code that is at the same time
an external procedure and an external program...

Can you give me a little example or redirect me to another site that can
help me finding what I'm looking for?
