If the InStreet parm is not going to be changed within the procedure, you
could add the CONST keyword to it, then it wouldn't matter if one was 4P0
and the other is 4S0.

Another "good" programming practice is to always fully define your
fields/variables.  Never code "4 0" always specify the data type. Never 
code
"3 ", always specify "3A" if its alpha.
That way you don't have to guess what the numeric data-type default is.

You got the prize...  I had to fix the name at the end of the procedure as 

well, but this error was caused by the street#, which is 4P0 off the file, 

and I had it as 4S0.  Sigh, forgive my noobness at this, but I'm trying to 

get "into" the new stuff.
