I have no idea what you mean by "D specification" in this context but .....

In /Free you have two options.  Use the BIF %SetAtr which has been around
forever or use the more recent (and in my opinion superior) qualified
notation of Window.Part.Attribute.

e.g. MyWindow.Text1.Text = 'LUQMAN';

(Doing this from memory so it may not be 100%)
