I have recently taken the certification test, at the IBM Technology
Conference in San Francisco. The test consisted of basic RPG, with a bit of
ILE concepts, topics such as binding, new BIFs, etc. I think what prepared
me best was regular usage of the language. The topics were pretty varied, so
it's hard to say which book to read to prepare.
