If copy to remote system using DDM, Select second(MYTimeField) is showing 0.

If copy to another file on local system, Select second(MYTimeField) is showing 
5.

I know that's what you are saying.  It's not a language thing between you 
and I.  It's whether or not the seconds are really dropped.  If you use 
Select second(MyTimeField) ... does that give you zeros?  Meaning, did it 
really drop the seconds, or is it only appearing that way because of the 
format on the preferences on the remote machine.
