Try using a SELECT group to test the returned field against a constant, then
move your actual field into the reference field.

ie:
 /Free
 Select;
    When Cursor_Field = 'CUST#';
         Refernece_Fileld = Cust#;
          .
          .
     etc.
   EndSel;

List,

I have searched the archives and I'm having trouble locating a specific
answer - though I've read a few posts on Pointers, etc. My question:

Using `Cursor field` on the RTNCSRLOC keyword in my display file, I can get
the name of the field my cursor is on, for example, if/when I press a
function key. How can I get the value of the field whose name is found in
the `Cursor field`?

TIA
