Re: merging message data and description to get text

Brian,

As you have the MSGID and MSGDTA, use the Send Programme Message and Receive 
Programme Message APIs. 

With the first you send the MSGID and MSGDTA, with the latter you get the 
formatted message in the MSG subfield of the return variable.
