PS - If your 5% estimate is anywhere near reality, we can't design the
language around that 95%.  In my view, subprocedures are the single
biggest advancement in RPG IV, and we've had them since V3R2.  Not
exactly bleeding edge stuff, if people can't accept them after what,
10 years?
