Either code DEBUG(*YES) in your H spec, or code DUMP(A). 

(A) for "always" - normally the DUMP opcode only does the formatted dump
if DEBUG(*YES) is specified.  (DEBUG(*YES) also controls whether I specs
will load fields that are never used in the program.)
