If you're on V5R3, try PTF SI16825.  If you're on V5R2, wait for PTF
SI17279 (should be available within a week, x-fingers).

There's probably a limit of 399 parameters on Java prototypes (inherited
from the 399 limit for procedures), but there's a bug in the RPG runtime
for prototypes with long signatures.  Unfortunately, there's no way to
see the complete signature on RNQ0301.
