I have seen this issue in my C socket programs that were compiled for V4R5
(and running on V5R1). Apparently, going from V4R5 to V5R1, the OS400
TCPIP programs and some basic header files etc had changed. Because of
this, we were seeing sporadic memory issues in my socket programs. The
problems went away as soon as we recompiled the programs to V5R1.
