You could create a procedure with one input parameter.  You could then
call this procedure with any string value you need.

MyCommand        pr     10i 0   extproc(MyCommand)
  Callstring      *     value options(*string)
..

 callP MyCommand("ovrdbf myfile tofile(prodfile)");
