X'25' is the "correct" linefeed character. Original IBM documented X'15' as
linefeed in much of its documentation but that was not always correct. X'25'
is what you want to use when doing CGI RPG programming or using an ASCII
device such as a scanner.

That works.  Also, I needed to use hex 25 instead of 15 for the line feed.

When you compiled the print file did you change the replace unprintable
char.  From *YES the default to *NO?
