Nope.  You can use QMQRY which comes on every machine.  You might also
use IBM's RUNSQLSTM.  Then there's the FAQ showing a general purpose
SQL command line (sadly also called RUNSQLSTM.)

Sorry for the typo in my earlier note.  I meant *HIVAL SETGT, not
