We are on V5R2.
But we compile for V5R1 because that is the bottomline for our support to our 
customers.
The main part of the experience with this was under V5R1 but compiling for V4R5 
for the same reason.
That could make your remark valid about releases.
I'm going to double check this because I start to suspect that it is better to 
see things by my own eyes than through other people eyes.

used to be a problem like this a number of releases ago. I think you had to 
explicitly specify '*LIBL/serviceprogram' (instead of just 'serviceprogram') to 
use the library list.

(BTW: I also tested whether the library list is actually used at runtime when 
locating the service program. It is.)
