Hi Jon

Sorry, the message was typed pre-coffee ;-)

in debug, the when I EVAL the EXTFILE variable, it says
'DMME/BCXBATCHES'

in the job log, the message says it can't find the file named ' +'

I thought I might have a misunderstanding as to the scope of a
variable defined outside of the subprocedure, in a module I have
placed in a service program.
