OK - you got me beat Tony.  I've never heard of the FILEEXT keyword.
Neither has WDSC, or Google, or ..... <grin>

Best guess is you mean EXTFILE.

The only problem I've had with this option was when I accidentally typed the
file name in mixed case.  But I'm pretty sure the error message showed the
name in lower-case.  What does the file name you are using look like
exactly?
