Well that could be one of two things then.
The compile doesn't like it, or your nested Data Structure Arrays are not
all arrays.  
Do you have a DIM keyword on each of the QTY4LG, QTY4WK and QTY subfields?
Are they all defined with LIKEDS (assuming QTY is also a DS).
