Yeah, but that's just a false sense of security.  Then there's WRKDBF, 
etc.  Ok, so now you made the person LMTCPB(*YES).  Providing your 
software provider doesn't have a program that simply does a CALL QCMD and 
is owned by QSECOFR you are only slightly better off.  There's still 
rmtcmd and a plethora of other tools.
