I got certified a while back when I was HTE in Florida.  That was RPG III 
though.  Now I'm just certifiable.

I see that they are withdrawn also by looking at the detail within

Lists several certification tests you can take.  However, the rpg tests 
aren't included.  You might want to take one of the other ones while you 
are there.
