cursor should not got back to the first field if you use the CSRLOC keyword in 
you display.  Just need to populate the row and col fields in CSRLOC before you 
exfmt.

I hate using cursor positions for this.  Guess what you need to do if you 
happen to move everything down a line.  Programmer tends to forget to do that.  
All the sudden the decode is not working.

The only problem with this approach, and I admit it's a minor one, is if the
user has moved the cursor off the field by a character or two.  If this has
happened, the the prompt won't be displayed and the cursor will go back to
the first field on the screen.  

I personally prefer to use internally defined cursor positions in lieu of
some way to identify the field header the way I can using HLPARA.
